Had to see the "original", since you'd said the other image was like a sequel.  I gotta say, you did a fantastic job combining the game elements into the frame; the starbits aren't distracting, and they meld really well with the smooth background.  I'm a big fan of the cosmic background, too!   ^   _^   As always, keep up the lovely work!
